Yes, the public event is designed for participants aged 18 and above due to the themes, suspenseful atmosphere, and the immersive nature of the experience.

Yes, we’re happy to adapt the experience for youth groups such as Scouts or similar organisations. While the original event is designed for adults, we can customise the storyline and activities to ensure it’s both age-appropriate and engaging for younger participants.

Ticketing

Spots are limited, so secure your place quickly when tickets are available. If you’ve joined the waitlist, you’ll receive exclusive early access to tickets before they’re released to the public.

Tickets are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your spot to someone else if you can no longer attend. Contact us for assistance with transfers.

Yes! Groups of up to 8 participants can book together. 

We encourage participants to wear simple, dark, medieval-inspired clothing to enhance the immersive experience. Think peasants, scribes, or pilgrims. Muted tones and practical styles work best.

Due to the exclusiveness and popularity of these events, deposit options cannot be taken. 

Immersion & Roles

Roles are assigned a few days before the event based on your registration details. Each role comes with a unique backstory, objectives, and secrets. You’ll receive instructions about your role to help you prepare.

No acting experience is required! You can participate at your own comfort level. The story will guide you, and the characters you meet will bring the experience to life.

The atmosphere is eerie and suspenseful but not designed to be overtly frightening. Think of it as thrilling and mysterious rather than horror-based.

Yes! Interaction is a key part of the event. Building alliances, sharing (or withholding) information, and making decisions with or against other participants are central to the experience.

Health & Safety

Yes, your safety is our priority. The event space is supervised, and all activities are designed to be safe. If you have concerns, feel free to contact us in advance.

Wolfhampcote: We regret that the event takes place in a historical venue with uneven terrain, stairs, and limited modern facilities, making it unsuitable for mobility scooters or similar devices. However, if you are able to walk, you are welcome to attend. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Yes, but parking is limited due to the location’s remote nature. We encourage carpooling where possible to ensure space for everyone. Further details on parking arrangements will be shared closer to the event date.
